BELLAGIO

23.02.10: Bellagio Yachts in the Netherlands has completed the development of a new semi-custom- motoryacht series in cooperation with Vripack Naval Architects. These modern 16-metre yachts will be constructed by Mulder Shipyard under the label ‘Built by Mulder’. Ideal as a day cruiser or tender for superyachts, the first ‘Bellagio’ is expected to be launched in April 2011.

Built entirely in aluminium, the weight of the yacht will be kept to a minimum and she will be equipped with two IPS 600 Volvo engines, giving a top speed of around 30 knots. The option is available to install three IPS600 engines and increase the maximum speed to 40 knots.

The sleek and practical interior layout consists of an owner’s cabin with ensuite bathroom and two guest cabins with twin beds and a shared bathroom. The galley with refrigerator and oven is located in the spacious wheelhouse.

Behind the wheelhouse window, four large chairs offer a comfortable seating place for the helmsman and those keeping him or her company. The yacht also has a large sofa and expansive sun pads.

As a semi-custom build, Bellagio’s finish can be largely decided by her owners. The technical installation and navigation equipment will be of the highest possible standard, as can be expected from a Mulder yacht.
